Refund policy

Return Policy

We offer a return window of up to 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If you wish to request a return, please contact us within this timeframe.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition, with all original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Riley@canadianjewelry.ca. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and make it right.

Providing photos and a brief description of the issue will help us resolve your request as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom, special order, or personalized items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating a request.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

If you have not received your refund within a reasonable timeframe after approval, please contact us for assistance.

International Orders

If an order is shipped to regions where consumer protection laws apply (such as the European Union), applicable return rights will be honored in accordance with those regulations.
