Shipping Carriers & Fulfillment Locations
CanadianJewelry.ca is an online-only Canadian jewelry store. Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers to provide reliable and cost-effective delivery across Canada.
Our orders are fulfilled from multiple locations within Canada depending on product availability and logistics. This allows us to ship orders efficiently and maintain fast delivery times.
Free shipping promotions may be offered on qualifying orders and will be clearly displayed at checkout when applicable.
Order Processing & Tracking
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours. Orders placed earlier in the day may ship the same business day when possible. During peak periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may vary slightly.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order ships, tracking information will be sent so you can follow your delivery.

Packaging & Discretion
All orders are shipped in secure, protective packaging designed to keep your jewelry safe during transit. Packages do not display product details on the exterior.
Delivery & Signature Requirements
Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery depending on the carrier and shipping method selected. If a signature is required, the carrier may leave instructions for pickup or redelivery if you are unavailable at the time of delivery.
If your parcel is held at a carrier location, valid photo ID may be required to collect it.
Payment Verification
To help prevent fraud and ensure timely delivery, orders may be subject to verification. In some cases, the shipping address may need to match the billing address used at checkout.
If an order is flagged for verification, we may contact you for additional information or issue a refund if the order cannot be confirmed.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Fees may apply to canceled orders to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
If a package is lost or significantly delayed after being shipped, we will work directly with the carrier to investigate the issue. Resolutions may include a replacement or refund once the carrier investigation is complete.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Carrier Investigations
If a package is reported lost or damaged, an investigation may be required by the shipping carrier. This process can take several business days to complete. Refunds or replacements are issued once the investigation has concluded and the claim is approved.
