Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Proof of purchase is required (Order Number or Store Receipt).

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • The item must be unused and free from any signs of wear or damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that your return has been received. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

If approved, an automated email confirmation will be sent to you and your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after receiving confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take additional time to appear.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $149.99 CAD.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–72 hours.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing during peak periods.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Tracking Information

After placing your order, our system will automatically send you an order confirmation and receipt via email and/or SMS (if provided).

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you automatically.

CanadianJewelry.ca is an online-only jewelry retailer proudly serving customers across Canada since 2025.

Since launching, we have fulfilled thousands of orders nationwide through our Canadian distribution network.

Our primary warehouse operations are located in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Order Cancellations

Due to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our payment processor, a $10 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders.

If a cancellation request is submitted after your order has entered the shipping process and our warehouse is unable to intercept the package before dispatch, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the cost of delivery and return shipping.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If Canada Post loses your package during transit, you may be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund, provided the issue was not caused by incorrect information supplied during checkout.

Examples that may void eligibility include:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Missing apartment, suite, or unit number.

  • Incomplete or inaccurate delivery information.

Reporting Requirements

To maintain warranty and shipping protection eligibility, any damaged shipment must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Investigation Process

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

We will initiate a claim with Canada Post. As part of their investigation process:

  • Canada Post may contact you directly for additional information.

  • Delivery records will be reviewed.

  • The delivery driver may retrace their route where applicable.

  • Canada Post's internal investigation team will review the claim.

Investigations can take up to 15 business days to complete.

Refunds or replacement shipments will not be issued until Canada Post has completed its investigation and provided a final determination.

We understand this process can be frustrating and appreciate your patience while the carrier completes its review.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing unit number, or any customer-provided shipping error, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees charged by the carrier.

  • Reshipment fees to send the package to the corrected address.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is held by the carrier and is not collected within the carrier's designated pickup window (typically 5–14 days), the package will be returned to us.

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for:

  • The original shipping cost incurred to send the package.

  • Return shipping charges billed by the carrier.

  • Any reshipment fees if the order is sent again.

If a refund is requested instead of reshipment, the refund amount will be reduced by all shipping costs incurred.

To avoid delays, returned packages, and additional charges, we strongly recommend reviewing your shipping information carefully and monitoring your tracking updates after shipment.
